The problem

Lunch hour turns into a queue. Order slips reach the kitchen wrong or not at all, there is no way to pre-order, and walk-ins overwhelm staff at exactly the moment they can least absorb it.

What I built

A customer sends a keyword on WhatsApp or scans a QR, sees the menu, orders and pays by STK push. The ticket lands in the kitchen — printed or pushed to the kitchen phone on WhatsApp — and the customer is notified the moment the order is ready.

The outcome

Shorter queues, fewer wrong orders, and a kitchen working off a queue instead of shouted instructions.
