A WhatsApp bot that sells data bundles and confirms M-Pesa payment end to end.
The problem
A business sold data bundles manually over WhatsApp — every order handled by hand, every payment confirmed by hand. Sales stopped whenever the owner was asleep or busy.
What I built
Developed a custom WhatsApp bot that lets customers buy bundles directly in chat, integrated with the business inventory system and with M-Pesa for payment, closing the sale end to end without a human.
The outcome
Selling continued around the clock, and hours of manual back-and-forth every day disappeared.
