Credit sales logged from WhatsApp, chased automatically, summarised weekly.
The problem
Duka owners sell on credit to regulars and record it in an exercise book. Entries get missed, handwriting gets disputed, and real money is quietly written off because nobody can remember who took what.
What I built
The owner logs a credit sale in plain WhatsApp — "John, 200, sukari". n8n parses it and records it in Supabase against that customer, sends the customer an automated reminder near payday, and pushes the owner a weekly outstanding-debt summary.
The outcome
Debt becomes visible, fewer losses get written off, and nobody has to say "aki sikumbuki alichukua nini" again.
