Landlords with 5 to 30 units chase tenants for rent one phone call at a time, track payments in a notebook or a messy spreadsheet, and have no clear view of who is late until the month is already gone.
An n8n schedule sends WhatsApp reminders before the due date. The tenant pays by STK push or Paybill, the payment is logged automatically in Supabase against the right tenant and unit, and the landlord gets a WhatsApp and dashboard summary of paid versus outstanding.
No more calling tenants individually, a live arrears list at any moment, and a visibly faster collection cycle.
