Order-to-Dispatch Bot for Boutiques & Shops
A WhatsApp bot that takes the order, takes the money, updates stock and calls the rider.
Small shop owners take orders through WhatsApp and Instagram DMs by hand. They lose track of who has paid and who hasn’t, forget to update stock, oversell items they no longer have, and delay dispatch while they scroll back through M-Pesa messages to reconcile against a notebook.
A WhatsApp bot on WAHA/Evolution takes the order, checks live stock in Supabase, and sends an M-Pesa STK push. On payment confirmation the workflow updates stock, logs the order, and notifies both the owner and the rider on WhatsApp — no manual step anywhere in the chain.
Zero missed orders, real-time stock accuracy, and the owner stops reconciling M-Pesa messages against a notebook.
