Booking Reminder & No-Show Killer
Bookings taken on WhatsApp, checked against a real calendar, and reminded before they lapse.
Salons, barbers, garages and clinics take bookings by call or WhatsApp against a physical appointment book. No-shows are routine, double-bookings happen, and there is no reminder system to prevent either.
A WhatsApp booking flow checks the requested slot against a Supabase calendar, confirms it, and sends an automated reminder two hours before. No-shows get flagged, and repeat offenders can be required to pay a deposit by STK push before the slot is held.
Fewer no-shows, no double-bookings, and the owner stops maintaining a paper appointment book.
