My Bingwa Admin Dashboard
The remote control panel behind the My Bingwa app — offers, payments and releases without shipping a build.
Every change to the My Bingwa app — a new offer, a price correction, a promo banner, a support number — meant editing the app itself and pushing a store update. Prices move daily in the bundle business, so the app was always slightly wrong, and nobody could see which payments had actually landed.
Built a super-admin dashboard that drives the live app remotely: offers and pricing, billboard adverts, push notifications, SMS rules, payment reconciliation, support details, app configuration, staged preview-and-publish, version and update control, and a full audit log of who changed what.
Offers change in seconds instead of release cycles, revenue and confirmed payments are visible at a glance, and the app stays correct without a single new build.
