Lwanda Child Development Centre
A digital home for a faith-based child development centre — sponsorship, stories and giving in one place.
KE 258 Lwanda Child & Youth Development Centre has supported over 350 children in Lwanda since 2015, in partnership with Compassion International and FGCK. But the work existed only on the ground. Sponsors, partners and donors had no way to find the centre, understand its programmes, or give — so support depended entirely on personal introductions.
Built the centre a complete public presence: its three programmes (Child Survival, Child Sponsorship, Youth Development) explained clearly, real impact figures, beneficiary stories, events, a photo gallery, direct sponsorship and donation paths, and the safeguarding, privacy and terms pages a child-focused organisation is held to.
The centre can now be found, understood and supported by anyone, and sponsorship conversations start from a credible page instead of a cold introduction.
