Lee Funeral Home

A broken site rebuilt into a dependable support pathway for grieving families.

Lee Funeral Home — A broken site rebuilt into a dependable support pathway for grieving families.
The problem

A long-established, premium funeral home had a non-functional WordPress website. In the moments when families needed immediate guidance, the digital system failed them.

What I built

Rebuilt and stabilised the website infrastructure and added structured service pathways — Immediate Support, Plan Ahead, Repatriation, and Cremation — so help is one click away.

The outcome

Families now reach the right guidance at any hour, without hitting a dead page.
