Blue Horizon Estates
A public home for a rural affordable-housing developer — the mission, the homes already delivered, and the partners it needs to reach the next stage.

Blue Horizon builds permanent, affordable homes in rural Southwest Washington, where ageing manufactured-home communities are disappearing and nothing is replacing them. The organisation had no public presence to explain that model, show what it had already delivered, or reach the nonprofit, tribal and public-agency partners its grant-funded projects depend on.
Built the organisation a complete site: the mission and the housing gap it answers, what it builds (modular homes on permanent foundations, preserved manufactured-home communities, small multifamily infill and site infrastructure), the flagship Camelot community, the expansion roadmap, and the partners and accountability pages funders and agencies review before committing.
Blue Horizon now has a credible, evidence-led presence — eleven homes at full occupancy and a stated path to sixty — that partners and agencies can evaluate before a conversation ever starts.
