Terms of Service

The terms you agree to when you use Tricreta for selling, automation, payments, messaging, and customer support.

Last updated 12 September 2026

These terms cover how Tricreta may be used, what we are responsible for, and what you are responsible for as an account holder.

Accepting These Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Tricreta platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

If you use Tricreta on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

What Tricreta Provides

Tricreta provides software for running and growing a business, which may include:

  • Selling and order management tools
  • Automation and workflow features
  • Payment and transaction handling
  • Messaging and customer support features

Features may be added, changed, or retired as the platform grows.

Your Account

You are responsible for the account you create and for everything done through it. That means you should:

  • Provide accurate business and contact details
  • Keep your login details private
  • Use strong passwords and account protections
  • Report suspicious activity quickly

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tricreta to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation
  • Send spam, scams, or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or to other accounts
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt platform systems

Accounts used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity may be suspended without notice.

Customer Data You Handle

If you use Tricreta to serve your own customers, you remain responsible for the customer information you collect and process — including phone numbers, orders, payment confirmations, and delivery records.

You agree to handle that information lawfully and to honour any request your customers make about their own data.

Payments

Where the platform handles payments, transactions are processed through third-party providers such as M-Pesa. Those providers apply their own terms, fees, and limits.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you enter, and for any taxes arising from your own sales.

Third-Party Services

Some features depend on third-party providers — M-Pesa services, WhatsApp integrations, and hosting or automation systems among them. Your use of those features is also subject to each provider’s own terms.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or decisions made by those providers.

Availability

We work to keep Tricreta running reliably, but the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, upgrades, network problems, or third-party outages may interrupt service from time to time.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tricreta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost sales, or lost data — arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold that cannot be limited by law.

Ending Your Use

You may stop using Tricreta at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other users at risk, or that we are required by law to close.

Changes to These Terms

As Tricreta grows, these terms may be updated to reflect new services, legal requirements, or platform improvements.

Major updates will be communicated clearly inside the platform or official channels. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, where Tricreta is operated.
